Winthrop's goal is to deliver quality projects, according to client specifications, on time and within budget.

Winthrop Engineering maintains an in-house Quality System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. The system is continually reviewed and upgraded by Winthrop Management, to ensure clients receive top quality service.

The system also provides for project-specific Control Plans. These include standardised inspection and test forms, which provide full traceability on work quality and materials. Critical elements of the project are monitored closely and signed-off on individually.

Our Quality Manual lays down procedures for:
Equipment Procurement & Evaluation, Facility/Site Inspection, Testing, Snagging, Protection, Cleanliness, Commissioning, Safety, Hand-over, Client Training, Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
