Winthrop has provided both mechanical and electrical services to Blackrock Clinic since 2003. Included in these projects is the 3 floor extension to the main hospital. This project involved the fit out of theatres, laboratories and other sensitive environments. A prerequisite for this project was the careful planning in relation to the connections into existing services as all live services had to be maintained throughout the existing hospital, during works.
