Anne, a degree qualified Mechanical Engineer, joined Winthrop in 1997. She has played a key role in managing high value, complex Mechanical projects, which individually constitute over 20% of turnover. She managed the completion of Data Centres such as WorldCom & MFN. Large office fit-outs are also part of her remit. Riverside 2, Kings Building Church Street and Burlington Plaza are recent fit-out projects. Kilmainham Mixed Development, which included a Hilton Hotel, and the Waste Water Treatment Plant refurbishment at Ringsend for Black & Veatch show the range of large projects Anne has successfully managed.
